Product Review: LUS Wine Foot Packs

I was sent some LUS Wine Foot Packs some time ago. I have tried them out and would love to share with you my experience and thoughts about the product.

To begin with, I must admit that I pay less attention to my feet compared to my face. Do you have the same tendency as well? The most I do for my feet is to scrub them and put cracked heel cream. I have never tried any foot mask before so I was quite excited when contacted by Supermodel's Secret.

I have cracked heels and they look unsightly when I wore sandals. I have been having cracked heels for as long as I could remember. Even though I wore stocking daily, it did not help. Maybe it is because I am not consistent in applying the cracked heel cream.

 

Main Ingredients:

contains Green Tea Caffeine, and Fruit Extracts that are effective in removing keratin particle of the skin.

Product Promise:

LUS foot mask helps to delay the aging process thus keep the skin surface fresh and clean. After usage, your hand and feet will feel soft and supple.

Product Benefits

3) Moisturise the skin

6) Remove dead skin cells

How to use:

1. After washing and drying your feet, put on the socks and plastic cover

2. Wait for 20 to 30 mins and remove the socks and rinse with water.

The socks are very moist and smells fruity and sweet

Put on the socks and wrap with the plastic provided

Before using the product - My heel looks dry, flaky & ugly

  

After using the LUS Wine Packs - my heels look better

(Note: I did scrub my heels immediately after using the foot packs and found that the dead skin can be easily removed)

Why I like LUS Wine Foot Packs?

1. The socks are soaked in french wine essence and other fruit extracts. 

2. It has a very sweet fruity smell that I love

3. It has a cooling sensation and I feel relaxed while using it.

4. Easy and convenient to use

5. The plastic foot cover is anti-slipped (you can still walk around when applying the foot mask)

Improvement I experienced after using LUS Wine Foot Packs:

1. My feet becomes soft and supple

2. My cracked heels have improved (as you can see from the picture above)

Nail Art: Lav 020 Revlon Pink Again with lil' flowers

This week I will show you another simple nail art design that I painted a while ago.

I used Revlon Pink Again (no 180). It is a 3D pink color that unfortunately is not very easy to apply. The color needs 3 coats for more consistency. As I only applied 2 coats, it is not very even. Lazy =P

My Graduation Now and Then

4 Oct 2011 was a very meaningful day for me. It was my graduation in University Malaya. After many years of hard work and prayer, God finally answered my prayer. I completed my post graduate course and felt very relieved. All praise and glory to God who is my strength in times of difficulties.

My first convocation was many years ago but I did not have any pictures except 2 pics taken in the studio. I was very very sad. It was due to the film that was not properly installed. That was the past and I felt relieved that this time round my brother's digital camera worked perfectly.

I really loved the flowers prepared by my brother and sister in law. My parents also attended my graduation. It was a memorable day.

A joyous day indeed!

Product Sampling Review: Enuca Soak Me In Serum

The Enuca Soak Me In Serum was part of the door gift from the company when I attended the Enuca launch at the White House. I have tried the product and here are my thoughts.

I like how watery the texture is

 My view:

I can feel that my skin is well hydrated after using this serum overnight because it has hyaluronic acid.

Why I Like Enuca Soak Me In Serum:

1. No Paraben

2. The super light and non-oily texture

3. Absorbs easily

4. No perfume smell

5. the Pump dispenser is very hygenic

Dislike: I guess is the price tag but then again the product is from Switzerland. So, I think the price tag is reasonable.

Overall, I have no complaints about this product and if you want to try this product, you can purchase the travelling size first via www.enuca.com.

At the moment, Enuca only delivers to Malaysian address.

My Bangkok Trip - 19 - 22 Oct 2011

Hi Friends

It has been almost a month since I came back from my Bangkok shopping spree. I was really too lazy to post up the pics. Thank God I am feeling a little hardworking today to show you some pictures. 

Warning: This post is picture heavy!

Due to the rain and flood, many warn me against the trip but I prayed for a dry weather and true enough during the 4 days there was no rain at all except one evening (just a little drizzle). I thank God for His goodness to provide clear sky during my trip. When I came back, I heard from my friend in Thailand that Chatuchak market was flooded on the next day.

I visited the Pharmacy that has Boots No 7 - so I hauled some eye shadow..ha..ha.

Platinum Mall - a place not to be missed! I will come back again to this fashion paradise!

Some pics taken at Chatuchak market - this is the largest open air market in the world (I think). On the following day after I left, this market was flooded.

These funky colors are for the hair - look at the girl who is selling (bottom pic)  - she did her hair so nicely with the colors

Fresh orange juice is everywhere in Bangkok and the fruits are really cheap!

Paad Thai - like fried koay teow but eat with sugar, peanut and chilli powder

The famous coconut ice cream - not very creamy though. I ate another ice cream but did not take the pic.

Glutinous rice seems to be the local Thai favourite. I tried this and like it.
