You start with base coat - let it dry
Next paint the red color (2x) wait for each layer to dry before the second coat
Next, paint the flower using nail art pen with sharp tip.
Let dry and paint the top coat.
Voila - complete...
Next time I will capture the steps in photo so that you can see the steps clearly.
