Pasta Recipe - Chicken Aglio Olio (Chinese style)

Last week I cooked pasta. It's very easy.

This is the recipe:


3/4lb angel hair pasta (cooked)

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (cut into cubes) (marinate with light soya sauce and chopped fresh basil leaves)

1 green pepper (cut finely)

1 carrot (cut finely)

10 dried mushroom (soak and cut finely)

2 tablespoons fresh garlic (chopped)

2 tablespoons light soya sauce

salt & black pepper (to taste)

Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large wok, medium-high
heat. Add chicken pieces and fry until brown on the outside. Stir in basil,
garlic, light soya sauce, salt and pepper. Mix in carrot, green pepper and mushroom. Cook until ingredients semi soft and the chicken is fully cooked.

Step 2: Toss with noodles and stir

(Makes 5 Servings)

 Ready to serve....
