Estee Lauder Sensuous

Hi girls, 

Have you tried Estee Lauder Sensuous before?

I won this from a contest few month's ago . I love the smell of this perfume very much. It has a sweet smell  but I do not know how to describe it. 

If you happened to bump into any Estee Lauder counter, do try it and let me know your opinion. If you asked me whether I will purchase it next time, I think I may if I have the budget.

Soulful Feet Workshop

Hi girls, this is a workshop which I attended in Oct 09. Sorry for the delayed post.

What we have learnt is about our feet and how important to wear the correct shoe to avoid bunion, corn etc.

Summary of the important points in the workshop:

1. If we wear shoes with poor support and no cushioning can irritate the tissue in the foot known as planter fascia.

2.Our foot has a natural arch, so we must wear shoes that support the arch.

3. If we sprain our ankle, we should perform RICE - Rest, Ice (put ice), Compress (bind the ankle) & Elevate

Floral Nail Art Design

Hi girls,

Today's nail art design is another simple floral design. This is simple enough to do that you can do it whether or not you have attended online college for cosmetology.

First, dot the nails with 5 dots. 

Use a pin to drag the dot to the centre to form the shape below. 

The design is not very well drawn cause I am not very focus.

My Haul from Origins and Skin Food

After seeing the Origins Holiday set that Lilian blogged about, I went to Parkson 1 Utama to grab the set.

Every purchase over RM100 comes with 2 free lip glosses (while stock last).

The lip gloss texture is good but the color is not nice.

 The items: Plantidote - Mega-Mushroom Face Serum , Face Cleanser, Eye serum, Body Cream & Face Cream

 

On the same day I also grabbed some items from Skin Food

i.e. Nail Polish, Nail Polish Remover, Hair Oil and Makeup Remover

 

 I will review the products when I start using them. Stay tune...
